“The chair arrived on time the packaging was undamaged but when I opened the box the chairs chrome base was damaged as the chrome finish was very poor quality (see photo). Apart from the poor quality chrome finish the chair is perfect for my needs and is very comfortable.”

“Fabulous service.....ordered an office chair from this company (after having difficulty finding anywhere with stock) with the free standard delivery option and it got delivered the next day! “Not the best quality office chair, a few problems with the initial order. The lever was broken and the part from the riser was broken. We were swiftly sent a replacement and the parts were fine, fingers crossed no more problems.”

“The chair came very promptly, if anything earlier than expected, with good notification of actual delivery time. It was packed satisfactorily and was undamaged. The chair is decidedly smart looking. Although the back is low, I find it gives good support, especially to the lumbar area and is generally, though not exceptionally comfortable. If your desk does not have a central drawer, or pull-out keyboard shelf below the work surface and above where your legs go, you should be able to push the chair well under the desk, as far as the chair back. My home desk (where the chair is now being used) does have a shallow drawer (8cms). This means that the chair will not go under the desk, due to its curved sides, unless I lower it to a height that is not quite so comfortable at which to work. It would be fine at my draw-less office desk though. Would I buy it again? – yes, I would. I think it is good value and certainly fit for purpose.”

“We ordered 3 breakfast bar stools, excellent service. Although we paid for next day delivery which due to the situation we are in this was delayed, however within a matter of days we received our purchase. The chairs are lovely. Easy to assemble and use exactly what we was looking for and would recommend Lakeland to my friends”
