“During CoviD it is difficult, however staff appear to be working from home and were unable to communicate with each other, so emails I replied to were not returned to the correct person and not understood....This became so frustrating Ive attempted to return my order an request a refund. Not the out come I wanted”

“I purchased a chair for my dressing room that was in the sale. It didn't really look much on the picture to be honest but was pink and I really liked the style of it. When it came it was so much nicer and even at full price I would have been more than happy with it. I love it.”

“Our bar stools were just as described and delivered exactly on time. Very easy to assemble and look great and are very comfortable. 7 yr old daughter has had 4 days of great fun playing in the large boxes , making them into houses also.”
