“Very prompt service with goods arriving before proposed delivery date. I ordered the bar stools from here as they appeared to be of a higher quality than others I had viewed online, without a higher price tag. They were quick and easy to assemble and are more comfortable than my previous ones of a similar style; very satisfied.”

“Ordered a chair from Lakeland and I love it, comfortable and smart. I had a few problems with delivery and when the package initially arrived, a piece was missing along with the instructions. Considering this was around the COVID -19 issues, the service was brilliant. Lakeland sent me the instructions via email and the missing piece arrived the next day, they even refunded my postage costs. Thank you and looking forward to us all getting back to some type of normality soon!”

“I bought the Bahama Small Office Chair in light grey as I am home working at the moment. It is so comfortable and the back support is great. I also bought it as it's stylish and will be used to go with my dressing table when I go back to work. Highly recommend, easily put together.”

“Ordered the 6 seater corner sofa garden furniture. Very good communication despite of the pandemic and kept us informed. Notified when delivery would take place, and arrived within the timespan quoted. The furniture took some time to put together as it was a bit fiddly to put the screws and bolts in. But overall furniture as expected.”

“order #140055207. The furniture is very good quality but took ages to assemble mainly due to the use of Allen head screws which were very difficult to tighten. I suggest hexagon headed screws would be better. The small backrest cushion is faulty (see photo), approx. size 54 x 34cm. It looks like 3 pink stains surrounded by black pen mark.”

“Ordered desk chair for the home office, was delivered quick and easy to assemble. Chair very well priced as saw on another site for twice the price!! Very comfortable and have recommended to colleagues who have also stated to work from home but not yet invested in a chair.”

“The chair delivered completely matched the description, it’s comfy and well made, exactly what I was looking for. Deliver was good and surprising too. As soon as the item was available, which was sooner than expected, it was delivered next day delivery. Can’t fault the service at all and would use Lakeland Furniture again.”

“Delighted with my new desk chair. Very comfy. The instructions for assembly weren't the greatest. I had 6 washers which weren't mentioned in the list of items but I figured it all out with not too much trouble. The quality is fine for the price but it ain't no Chippendale.”

“Chair was the right size and colour as described. Was easy to put together. I am contacting the company though, as stiching was lose in areas and wheels don’t roll.”
