“I managed to build my desk chair very easily; everything needed was included in the box. It was very straightforward. The only minor issue is that the box was very slightly damaged in transit, but the contents were completely fine. The chair is comfortable and looks good in the context of a home office. Also, it arrived very quickly despite potential disruption due to the novel coronavirus.”

“The order process was simple and the bar chairs arrived within two days. The chairs look great in our new kitchen. The only negative I have is that the silver trim on the top edge of the chairs marks easily and you have to be careful not to allow the top edge to get caught under your table or breakfast bar. However, for the price these are good value.”

“Ordered a new desk chair for my home office. Arrived within 2 days. Easy to assemble and very comfortable...very competitive pricing also. Very happy. The only problem I did have was with the Courier. I paid extra for express delivery, upon arrival, the courier called to say they could not bring my delivery up 3 flights of stairs due to COVID-19. This of course was absolute nonsense, they were just running late and lazy.”

“I could not be more happy with how this order has been dealt with. Website was easy to navigate, found a lovely, stylish office chair, it’s so comfortable, reasonably priced and delivered within a couple of working days despite the mayhem we’re currently living in.
