“Although not unpacked yet, they were bought for an impending house move and will be more transportable within their boxes, i did double check the quantity on arrival and noticed the seats themselves look amazing, really thick and look so comfy. Can't wait to use them. Delivery so fast”

“I have complained that I can't put together the chair as two of the bolts are too short to reach the threads. I've had one response, but no follow up to actually solve the issue. I think it's absolutely ridiculous that you're selling a chair for this much money that actually can't be put together. It's also ridiculous that you can send me a survey asking my how everything has been, but not actually solve the issue I've got.”

“Love my new chair, it arrived on time and was easy to put together. The only minor issue was that the pats had been packed so that one of the legs dug into the back of the chair leaving a dint about the size of a 10p coin, hopefully it’ll expand out and be fine.”

“I recently ordered 3 kitchen bar stools online. Very good product which I'm really pleased with. However one had a defective part. I emailed Lakeland who straightaway sent me the replacement part via first class Parcel Force delivery. That is terrific customer service which sadly we don't see so much of these days, so we'll done Lakeland and thank you.”
