“The furniture I purchased was of very good quality. Nicer than the pictures displayed. My only issue was that I ordered 2 but only received 1 due to some stock glitch. Otherwise satisfied 🙂”

“I bought a bar stool with chrome legs. The choice was excellent, with three or four leg finishes and a range of colours. The chair, when built was as seen on the website. Delivery took two days, much faster than expected. The stool needed construction and there were no instructions provided and I had to get help to build it and it took a little working out. One bolt was missing and so far I can't buy one to completely finish the job. We chose one in the chair seat to leave empty. There were some small dents in one leg and on the footrail. Overall, I was disappointed by the difficulties in building the stool which really impacted on the whole purchase. The stool looks great in the kitchen, which is newly fitted, but the experience was disappointing.”

I am sorry you found assembling the bar stool to be difficult due to no assembly instructions and a bolt missing and also small dents on one foot rail. “Very pleased with my chairs! They are exactly like in the pictures. Very fast delivery, arrived within two days. One of the chairs was missing a tiny plastic bit that goes on the chair legs to avoid scratching the floor. I reported it and next day I received a full replacement. Star customer service.”

“This is a review about the Drum office chair in vintage brown PU. If you have a small office space this is the perfect chair for it. And it looks fantastic. It's also well made for the price. All in all it's a bit smaller than expected but it's really comfy also if you work longer hours. Happy with purchase. Never ordered something with Lakeland before but would definitely order again.”

“I ordered an office chair from lakeland, which arrived super quickly (within a few days). Chair lovely and exactly what I wanted, but was sent with the wrong base. I got in touch and the customer service was extremely speedy and helpful. New base should arrive in another few days. I also spotted that they had black bases on their website which I actually preferred to the original chrome one I ordered, and they were happy to send me the back one instead. Very excited to get using my chair!”
