Ordered an in stock stool for next day delivery on a Friday at 2pm as I needed it for a filming shoot on a Wednesday. got a dispatched notification on Monday at 8am for 24 hr delivery. Then at 4pm an email from Lakeland saying that actually the stool is not in stock. Tried to email back, but their opening hours are 8-4pm. Unreliable.

Bad Packaging! Chair arrived in very thin cardboard box which had broken open. Checked contents,not sure if there should have been any assembly instructions included. Fortunatley it was easy to assemble and it was not damaged in transit.

Terrible delivery service - stop using parcelforce. Chairs are a little unsturdy but the style is lovely.

Great looking product however the packaging was damaged the product not but There was no instructions on assembly in the package and open package from Dpd The customer service for dpd were non comital about sending it back for me at there cost

The parasol was good value however I paid for 48 hrs delivery having ordered on a Thursday and didn't receive it til the Monday. Not best pleased.

Unfortunately as you did order on the Thursday then your order would not be delivered until Monday as the courier does not include weekends and this can be found under Delivery Upgrades on the website. Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with the delivery of my recent purchase. I do recognize that these issues were primarily the fault of the delivery service YODEL And not necessarily Lakeland. However I’m still giving this low score because the delivery issues impacted my overall experience. The package was delivered to the wrong address even though I was at home all day on the day of delivery. No delivery slip was left. What followed was 3 days of phone calls with YODEL trying to ascertain where my package was. They were able to give me rough descriptions but no exact address. I checked with my closest neighbors and none of them had it so I’m certain it wasn’t even delivered to the right street. Each time I called they said I’d have to wait 24hrs while they interview the driver and that I’d have to call them back to get further information. No effort was made to make sure I was kept updated, it was all on me. After the third day of calling I was told the package would not be able to be located and that I would need to contact Lakeland to arrange redelivery. In Lakeland’s defense they were very quick to arrange for a new package to be delivered. I am waiting for it to come today so it remains to be seen if YODEL can get it to the correct address this time.

Not very impressed. After final assembly I am quite pleased but gettinh there was not easy. Very difficult to assemble due to location hole for screws being out of alignment. First chair took over two and a half hours to assemble

The bed slats are curved. Everytime you sit on the bed they pop out and it has broken many of the black connectors that the slats go into. Very poor design and very frustrating to have to keep fixing.

As happy as we are with the goods the service we received trying to deliver the chairs was shocking! A lack of communication between yourselves and Yodel was frustrating and after a 3rd attempt at delivering we finally received our chairs, better late than never!

The furniture is brilliant. However, not entirely happy with the update process. Email only isn’t a very customer friendly method. But, as I said the furniture is lovely and easily assembled.

The table was not strong enough in the legs to carry a glass table and it was very rickety . Have to say other goods I have bought for you have been excellent

I was delighted to find these chairs almost half price to a very similar style in Argos. They are finished better in so far the black material does not come too far up the back of the chair. However the bolts are too short when you add the barrier of the washer and the chair frame. I hope my chairs are stable without the washer! The frame also did not sit completely flat to the chair seat and I had to apply a lot of pressure to try to bend the frame lapels(same lapel in both frames) in order to get the bolts to fix into the seat. The seat material appears hard wearing, however does not appear to be of a consistent quality. I am keeping them as I need chairs, they are comfortable to sit on and I don't want the hassle of returning them as assembling them took some time.

Unfortunately I did not like the chairs, now I have to pay atleast £10 maybe more to return them which I really do not agree with at all, they charge you more if the chair has been erected - but how can you tell if you like the chair if you do not put it all together? This has put me off purchasing other stools from them which is a shame.

bar stools are good but when putting together screws were to small to fix the seat and cross bars not fully drilled through

I've already told you that I paid for a 48 hour deliver. I ordered on the Saturday but didn't receive the order until the Wednesday following which exceeds the 48 business hours (excluding Saturday and Sunday). I received no acknowledgement. I an previous telephone I was told I would be refunded the postage if this happened. You say the feedback is important to Lakeland so I hope you will deal with is now. Harry Wells

The general order and delivery process was good however on receipt of the goods one of the chair seats had a dark stain on it. Also the instructions were incorrect, as they detailed use of incorrect screws on the diagram which led me to believe some screws were missing. I then requested 2 packs of extra screws presuming both boxes would be the same and was asked to re-confirm how many packets I required? In the end the additional screws were not required as I realised your diagrams were incorrect. I have chosen not to return the dirty chair as more of a hassle and have cleaned instead. Overall room for improvement.
