“Very good service all round. Purchased a office chair. Arrived next day after being offered free express delivery. Slight problem with the chair in that it did not extend to the height expected. Contacted customer service via email. I received a very quick response, explained the issue and it was resolved straight away by the company sending a new piston unit to me by first class post. Arrived and now the issue is resolved. Excellent.”

“I ordered a new office chair: California, charcoal grey It arrived via dpd the following day. Two days later a second one arrived via Yodel. I had only ordered and paid for one. Neither had assembly instructions. Reported the mistake and the other will be collected next week. Quality is good, but would have thought a small gesture for my honesty and repackaging of the second one, which we opened to check: future discount etc. Nothing offered from very helpful customer services.”

“Nice Chair very easy to assemble however, the wood is much darker than shown in the pictures and I was particular with my choice as I was trying to match existing furniture. The wood resembles walnut rather than a shiny rustic oak/pine”
