The stool is great and was delivered quickly but it was missing all the screw heads. Rather than wait for some to be delivered we bought our own.

Need to make sure the product will be suitable otherwise you will need to pay to return the item, which means it's not worth it.

The chair bought is very nice and very good value. However, I paid £15 extra to have it delivered the following day. That did not happen and though I was assured I would have the £15 refunded, so far nothing.....

Holes in chair seats and legs didn’t match up well but still able to fit them together. The chairs look good though

Good to deal with however disappointing that Aberdeen is outwith their free delivery area and therefore had to pay a Next Day delivery charge.

Very lightweight making it easy to move. The back of the seat though is very upright so tends to push you a little bit too far forward, would have prefered a bit more of a lean back position. But otherwise comfortable and good value for a cheaper range. It's only for occasional use so not a problem.

Sorry but it took a while to get here & some of your stock is available cheaper from Wayfair with free carriage. It maybe cheeky but I bought the chair to re sell

4 stools ordered 2 going back! Seat uncomfortable and small and finish on one of the stools is not finished to a high enough standard!

Silver crushed velvet dining chairs were a good price and look nice but after sitting on for half an hour the foam goes flat and the seats and backs are very hard so had to put a seat pad on the seat.The construction is pretty basic but would probably expect that for the price.Confused by the name Lakeland Furniture as when first ordering thought this was the well known "Lakeland" company but it's not. Can't return these as now assembled ? so will have to keep and use extra seat pads for some comfort.

Whilst the product is really great the stool base plate had extremely sharp edges which led to me sustaining a nasty cut whilst putting the chairs together. This is something that needs to be addressed

Purchased 3 duke chairs over 1week ago 2 have arrived and the other 1 seems to be missing and its hard to get anyone whose interested to put this right for me,have rang lakeland twice and sent an email, still no news, someone pls put this right for me

Chair arrived promptly and was easy to assemble. However, one of the bolt locators was at an angle which meant that the bolt could not be fully tightened. I am living with this as the assembly is solid enough as it is. Chair would do with being able to be raised a few cm further. I can work with it as-is, but a greater height would be more comfortable.

The chair I bought from you is fine. My only criticism is that the fabric covering could do with more padding. I find I have to use a cushion all the time. That is why in future I will always try a chair out before I buy. Chris Allies

Ordered 2 bar stools described as colour Taupe. On arrival noted to be very dark grey not Taupe as picture showed on website. Customer Care very good and arranged collection and full refund. All dealt with very well by customer services would much have preferred 2 bar stools as described. Back on the look out for 2 Taupe bar stools to complete my new kitchen.
