“The chair is lovely, but it did come with a dint in the cushion which remains there a week later. I emailed straightaway and I'm still waiting for a response. A shame as delivery was good and other than that, it's a good chair”

They do usually have a fast turn around with emails so I have checked with the team and they have informed me they can't locate any emails of what they can see. “good on first purchase.arrived next day.2nd purchase was supposed to be next day delivery arrived today 15.25pm.contacted lakeland furniture by email no response at all. very poor communication”

“Chair very comfy but had to file.down plastic bushes under seat were seat bolts connect to chair as bolts just did not reach far enough to connect to thread . Now sorted.”

“I had a problem with the first chair that I ordered (wrong size) so I called and they quickly arranged to send a replacement, it arrived the next day but it was the wrong item. I contacted them again via email and they arranged for another one to be sent the next day. I can't fault their customer service, fast and efficient.”
