“Was really impressed with the service provided by Lakeland, I had previously been let down by another supplier of dining room chairs and I had to demand a refund from them. My order from Lakeland came within a week, really happy with product and visitors have commented on how nice the look. My only gripe was the assembly of the legs, the instructions weren’t great, v basic. Very happy with my purchase and would happily recommend Lakeland”

“Very pleased with the bar stool we chose - it is extremely comfortable and stylish. We only bought one as we weren’t sure, but will now be ordering more. The delivery was very prompt, self assembly was easy, and i was kept informed by email at all stages of ordering and delivery. Well done Lakeland!”

“I was really impressed with the fast delivery and service, unfortunately there are a couple of small yellow stains on my chair. I’ve heard good things about Lakeland and would need to purchase more furniture to know if this was a one off account. Great chair when assembled though!”

“Good quality chair with good padded support for the lower back and neck. The chair is also exactly as it looks in the picture which is great. Delivery was also quick even though I didn't get next day. Would definitely recommend.”

“The product (Office chair) was surprisingly good quality. Very sturdy, comfortable, looks great. Came in a couple of days. The were a couple of screws that seemed to have been lost in transit and Lakeland were quick and responsive in rectifying this”

“The bar stools were very poorly made. The frame didn't fit together well and was not as sturdy as the photo looked. I am returning them. The seats themselves were lovely so it's a shame the frame was so bad.”

“We placed our first order for a small garden furniture set with Lakeland late last week. The expected delivery timescale was 5-15 days. With the current coronavirus situation we were expecting to receive delivery towards the end of this timescale. The furniture actually arrived on the 5th day! We were kept updated with the order status throughout the process. Our furniture is beautiful, exactly as advertised and very good quality. It was also a very reasonable price, I did lots of research to locate a supplier and had specific specifications, Lakrland met them all. We will certainly use them again. Thank you Lakeland!”
