“Ordered late on Monday night got delivery via DPD on Wednesday.Better than on line images.Comfy to sit on and good material finish.Bought 6 seats and 2 bar stools.Took 15mins to put 1st one together then no time at all after that.Would recommend them.”

“The furniture I purchased was of very good quality. Nicer than the pictures displayed. My only issue was that I ordered 2 but only received 1 due to some stock glitch. Otherwise satisfied 🙂”

“Great furniture at great prices. We bought 3 bar stools and had a small issue with a missing part.Lakeland sorted it out at the first attempt and the part was delivered within 2 days. Great service!!”

“I ordered an office chair from lakeland, which arrived super quickly (within a few days). Chair lovely and exactly what I wanted, but was sent with the wrong base. I got in touch and the customer service was extremely speedy and helpful. New base should arrive in another few days. I also spotted that they had black bases on their website which I actually preferred to the original chrome one I ordered, and they were happy to send me the back one instead. Very excited to get using my chair!”

“Bought 2 bar stools. Arrived quickly & decent quality. The point where the the legs go together with the footrest with Allen studs leave a bit of the weld exposed whichever way you try and fit it. But only noticeable if you know it’s there. that’s the only reason it’s 4 stars instead of 5”

“Had stools delivered. Unfortunately there was a fault with them and also didn’t have the stands with them. Contacted after sales support who dealt with the matter promptly and arrange for collection of faulty goods and delivery of replacement the next day. Excellent customer service”

“Bought four grey bar stools for my new kitchen and they are fantastic! They go really well with the kitchen and are comfortable to sit on. The metal is edge for the chair is a little out of line on one of the chairs but apart from that an excellent purchase!”

“Ordered the Scanon Office chair. Delivery was quick (took an extra day as Easter). However upon opening the silver painted legs were scuffed. Two of the screws were “fused” together so used hammer to break apart. Quite fiddly to put together. The chair itself is comfortable, and good in terms of back and lumbar support. I’d recommend the chair but a shame it arrives inferior quality.”

“Really pleased with the Cadiz 4 seater corner rattan sofa and table. Easy to put together and looks great. Unfortunately one part was slightly damaged on arrival but the customer service was excellent. A replacement part was issued and arrived within 24 hours fits perfectly. We will use Lakeland again and would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.”
