“Furniture arrived promptly well packaged. Instructions where poor and generic , so weren’t even for the exact model and not clear. The chairs are not the size they say on the website. So don’t fit in the space properly Someone has put they are 42cm wide and are a lot bigger. Website news updating Tried ringing but no answer on the phones”

“We purchased two bar stools from Lakeland Furniture after searching and struggling to find any that we like anywhere else. Our new stools are exactly what we were looking for and look great in our kitchen. The stools were very easy to put together and took very little time.”

“It took me ages to find a garden settee set that I thought would be decent quality. I read lots of reviews and finally settled on this one. Extremely pleased with my purchase. It arrived quickly and I was informed at each stage of the delivery, including being given a 2 hour time slot for it arriving. It was easy to build, although it took me nearly 3 hours on my own as I’m not the quickest using an Allen key. There was one tricky nut and bolt, on the corner seats, which ended up with me having to take the first one I build apart again as the holes wouldn’t line up properly. It was very fiddly. Apart from that it was easy and fitted together well. It is really comfy and looks great. It was caught in an unexpected downpour and I didn’t have time to take the cushions in before they got rained on. The next morning they were dry and looked fine. I now have a cover to put on at night. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lakeland furniture for quality, efficiency of delivery and customer service. Will definitely use them again.”

“Love my new garden furniture. Looks amazing. My only problem is they dont mention that each section doesn't fasten together so they can move about when people are getting on and off them”
