“Really quick deliver of my office chair which looks like it will be just what I need but base plate was missing and I can't build until that arrives.”

“I bought the Spark Faux Leather office chair in vintage brown as I am now working from home and needed something to spend my days at my desk on. I do not regret the purchase. This chair is very comfy with the perfect balance of firmness. I am not a tall person, so I relied on the description and dimensions being correct and they absolutely are. This chair would be perfect for tall and short alike as it raises to a decent height. If you are considering buying, and for good desk posture, the length between your heel to the floor and the back of your bent knee, needs to be within the height adjustment of the chair (based on not using a foot rest). For anyone scouting the internet for hours trying to find a decent desk chair as I did. Stop searching. This one ticks the boxes!”

“The selection of products are great, far better than anywhere else I've found online. Sadly, the chairs I ordered came with the wrong base so that was frustrating but Lakeland quickly sent out some replacements which sorted the issue.”

“Sorry but I have not received the chair I ordered yet. I do understand that this is due to the current COVID-19 virus crisis and I am not complaining about that as long as I receive my order in due course. However, you have taken the money from my bank account and your automated systems have not switched off and I cannot track my delivery. Do you have any comment for me on this situation?
