“I purchased a chair from Lakeland and it was a very easy website to navigate and the delivery would have been spot on, but was let down by Royal Mail, even though they had the chair it came 2 days later, not LF’s fault. The choice of chairs is great and you feel spoilt for choice.”

“True to the picture the barstools that we ordered are very good quality. We did receive one of them damaged but this was quickly rectified by swapping it the next day so great customer service. Would buy from here again.”

“The chair was a good price, arrived well packaged and took about 10 minutes for one person to assemble with no real difficulty. The quality looks quite good, welds are usually where lower cost furniture shows up badly but here they are all smooth and well finished. The chair itself looks nice and is comfortable.”
