“Fantastic customer service will keep me coming back. The chair I bought came with the wrong base, so I filled in the online form and got a reply within 11 minutes (!!) saying they'd ship the correct ones straight away. Thank you!”

“I had a good experience shopping with Lakeland Furniture. One of our Bar Stools was broken, we looked online for replacement stool but could not find one the same. Discovered that Lakeland sell Bar Stool parts. I ordered replacement parts, they arrived promptly and all I had to do was assemble the parts and fit my existing chair to the new base.”
