Purchase arrived within 2 days. Bolts provided for the chair are not suitable so it has lay dismantled until longer bolts arrive. This issue was handled quickly. Good price for quality/comfort of chair. Hoping I can make use of it soon.

Interesting and stylish choice of seating; order and delivery efficient and swift but packaging poor and product dirty and marked - perhaps ex-demo or used? More care needed in the selection and preparation of deliveries but overall I like the choice and the cost was acceptable.

Not a particularly well-made item but ok for the price and the seat is very comfortable. Strangely, three short bolts and one long one to secure the top to the bottom. I have enquired from Lakeland about this. Style and colour couldn't be better. It looks great and I am hoping to give the item the thumbs up after a year's use.

I ordered 5 bar stalls and only received 3 and todate i still dont know when i will receive the other 2 stalls.I have tried to ring and emailed but no person has come back to me.Please help.Paecell no 15502890941241 still not arrived.the other 2 parcells arrived 8/4/20 ??. The chair arrived on time the packaging was undamaged but when I opened the box the chairs chrome base was damaged as the chrome finish was very poor quality (see photo). Apart from the poor quality chrome finish the chair is perfect for my needs and is very comfortable.

Badly packed could have caused problems but was lucky item not damaged. Item ok but could have purchased this item cheaper elsewhere.but used Lakeland because of being a reputable company. Quick delivery

Love the design bt l am a bit worried that the leather bit will peel off on the curvy side of the chair, just noticed its not glued firmly

Really love the product but it came without a vital part of the build, so it took a further three days to be able to build. Great service after reporting the issue.

Sorry but I have not received the chair I ordered yet. I do understand that this is due to the current COVID-19 virus crisis and I am not complaining about that as long as I receive my order in due course. However, you have taken the money from my bank account and your automated systems have not switched off and I cannot track my delivery. Do you have any comment for me on this situation? Barstool looks nice, good to sit on but base is far too small for size of seat and weight. Be careful when getting off stool as I fell forward and bruised myself during the fall.

No problem with the service but a couple of issues with the bar stool; Lakeland don’t promote this stool as a swivel chair, but in other outlets it is, and the product info on Lakeland’s site states “360 degree swivel”. Cheaper than elsewhere, probably due to the deleted swivel unit, but they need to check the info if they’re going to cut and paste the blurb as it comes from China. Also, no instructions supplied, contrary to product info. Not that you need them. Problem is, any way you position it, once you have three screws through the base into the seat, the fourth hole is impossible to locate. You’re lucky if you can see 50% of it. Both stools were the same so appears to be just poor manufacturing which means it’s pointless sending them back as any replacements will likely be the same. So get busy with a drill or other cutting device and set about enlarging the holes. Doesn’t take too much just to get it over all four holes to allow the screws to engage the seat without stripping the threads. Once we got over these disappointments we were happy with the stools. Main thing is to try before you buy if comfort is a key factor. We tested them elsewhere and tried to purchase but they had issues with the seat cover quality (different covers to the Lakeland version) claiming a ‘bad batch’. So we knew they were comfortable before we ordered online; they really are like mini armchairs. If you are into the look, as we were, then they are a great buy, assuming you can cope with the manufacturing quality issues. Just remains for Lakeland to update their website with the correct product info, and feedback to the manufacturer about the quality.

The chair ordered came with two armrests of the same hand and a split in the seat section. The items were replaced after some exchanges of e-mails and the chair what I had hoped I had ordered. No quibble whatsoever in changing the faulty parts.

Paid for next day delivery, however item arrived 4 days after the dispatch notification. Didn't realise you had to put the chair together yourself.

I purchased a office chair from you .only to find that it has 2 small holes on the front of the fabric .I have not complained because of all the Hassle sending it back

Bought this for my daughter, so she can sit at a desk and study for her exams. Chair was easy to assemble, she did it herself and she is only 16, so it was fairly easy. However, she did say that words as well as pictures would have been more helpful.

Placed an order for 4 dining chairs which were a good price and appeared to be a good buy. If only they had arrived maybe I could give a different view point. Given a tracking number, which the delivery company does not recognise, given new tracking number, still same answer delivery company does not recognise. Expected delivery 3rd. January, now 7th. and still no chairs.
