“Delivery was when expected and I was sent a 1 hour delivery time which was great. However the box which had the chair in had already been previously opened and had been re-taped by the courier. The chair itself is good, sturdy and comfortable. Little disappointed there are a few scuffs and scratches on it though. I don't know if I have got one that's maybe been sent back previously or something. But its a nice chair, and I would recommend. Easily put together, I managed this myself in 20 mins.”

“Web site was easy to access and use. I received confirmation of my order and regular updates. On the day of delivery I got a text with the time window which my order was delivered in. I was genuinely surprised by this bearing in mind the increase in orders due to Covid-19. Brilliant service from start to finish and even more so in light of the current circumstances. I will defiantly purchase from Lakeland again!”

“We both needed comfortable chairs for working from home for what could be a while. We both also have loved the real Eames chair but they cost over 2,000 pound each! We are very happy with our copies from Lakeland. I love the deep supportive seat and the swivel and the arms prevent rsi for my husband. The best thing is we both forget we are sitting in chairs and can work long periods. They look great too, very stylish. Very happy with our new chairs. My son who is back from university needs one now!”

“Received my order within a couple of days. Very good service, fast response time to a query I had and delivery was made between the 1 hour time slot that I was given. My desk chair was easy to assemble and it very good quality. Will definitely order in future.”

“Recently received my Eclipse Grey Bar Stools. Delivery was very quick and the stools were easily made up in just a few minutes. Very pleased with the look and ease of use. Stools are very comfortable, easy to wipe clean and are compact enough to fit under my worktop but extend up to an excellent height.”
