“Whilst the service and products are good, you have a very deceptive of showing the pricing without VAT which is misleading and give the impression that your products than other suppliers, which it is obviously not. I cannot therefore recommend you to other people.”

Hi Vivian, sorry you felt it was slow. You ordered at 22:30 on 4th August and we shipped 2nd class on 5th. You signed for it the morning of the 8th. This is fairly normal for 2nd class. We do have a 1st class option you can select for £3 if you wish. Best wishes Francisco
