Hello, We are sorry that you have received your package damaged. We are more than willing to replace the product if returned unused. Damage to the outer box is rare but does happen occasionally and we constantly strive to find ways of preventing this without over-packaging. With regards to the seal, it is unlikely that there was one there in the first place. Dermalogica provides security seals on some products but not all. It is also the case that Dermalogica seals the top part of the box, but not the bottom. We have no control over this, however, the impact on clients is nil, as when purchasing from Lafantine you can rest assured that you are buying a genuine, fresh and unopened product from an authorised stockist.
