“Pleased with price & samples. However the plunge dispenser on the new Ultra Calming Cleanser failed to work. Substituted working plunger from old/empty Ultra Calming Cleanser & that very quickly blocked. Both new & old were blocked by very thick Cleansing substance, discovered when clear plastic tubing detached & washed. Now both work with water but not with cleanser. Does this indicate thickening substance during transit process?”
