“I generally love this brand, already have 3 dresses from them, but this time, I sadly have to say I am a bit disappointed. The Hepburn Christmas critters dress smells stongly of perfume, as if it had already been worn before. Besides, the Hepburn Poinsetia dress zipper is really hard to close, it even blocks at the joint between skirt and bodice, even when not wearing the dress, making it impossible for me to close the zipper without help while wearing the dress.”

“The dress just arrived. Shipping was fair, and it was sent with tracking. The dress is wonderful. The print is vibrat, and feels nice. Mind ya, it is jersey, so it is artificial fabric. This is also mentioned when you buy the dress. I was a tad sceptical, but have been blown away. I will most likely return for more dresses (saw a hedgehog one, oh my goddess). Pricing is very fair for the dress.”

“I can't comment on the dress, I never received it. Please note this could have been down to the courier that was used. I was unable to be at home on the day of collection and the parcel was redirected to a pick up point, several miles from my home. On travelling to the location listed, the store wasn't there, and to be frank I had lost the will and the occasion that I was purchasing the dress for had passed, so I gave in. I have asked for a refund, but have been told I will need to wait until the item has been returned from the collection point. So a week after ordering and paying for premium delivery I have no dress and am out of pocket. I have no memory of requesting that the parcel be redirected and the shop it was sent to was nowhere near my home. So, fair warning do not pay for premium delivery. Shame really, as the dress looked lovely. Given two stars as they did get back to my via email and wew polite.”

“Have bought many dresses for my wife but the customer service is now appalling. Advertising a discount voucher before a dress is even delivered this time can happen. They have handled the irk very badly and it is impossible to speak to anyone with a customer centric view. Avoid buying anything until it is marked down yo the correct price.”
