“We were let down badly by the Bailey Factory in Bristol and were told after having waited 4 months and being given two different delivery dates that they could not make the model of Pursuit we wanted because of a problem with parts. Simon at Lady Bailey was brilliant, he managed to find the van we wanted at another dealership, purchased it and had it brought to their site at Blandford. On the day we arrived to take our new van home Les and Nigel were very kind and extremely thoughtful. (True professionals). Although we live over 200 mile from Blandford we will still take our van to them every year for servicing. Thank you for everything. Pauline & Adrian Leeds, Suffolk”

“This is our second caravan purchased from Lady Bailey, which confirms how much we appreciate the company and the team. The whole experience is made as easy as possible from order to collection. We have also purchased the 3 year servicing package (as we did with our previous caravan) which is great value. Even though we live in London, it is worth our while booking in with Lady Bailey for the annual service pre or post one of our holidays. Jerry and his team are always extremely helpful and professional. We would not hesitate to recommend Lady Bailey for sales or servicing. Great team.”

“The Salesman and the hand over were very good, Even though I did expect a battery & gas bottle, but the caravan was completely bare!! ... Totally unexpected.... When I bought the caravan I was told I could pick up in 3 and a half weeks and this was due to a service and valet on the caravan. When we picked it up we went straight to Weymouth to try it out. The van hadn't been cleaned at all, my wife found nail clipping on the seats and hair around the toilet....The cupboards also not cleaned inside.”

Dear Mr Wileman, Please accept my apologies for the caravan not being valeted to our normally high standards, although a very rare occurrence it is still not acceptable, my valet team were mortified. We appreciate all feedback and thank you for still rating us 'good' with 3 stars even with the cleaning issue.

“There's a lot of knowledge at Lady Bailey from the van sales to the shop, which helped us make a decision on the type of caravan we wanted. When the caravan was delivered (to the site where we were staying for the weekend) the guy showed us around and made sure we were happy and knew everything and how everything works before leaving, very helpful. We did find a slight fault with a blind, when we starting using, so we went to the aftersales office and they ordered a new one for us without an hassle. If your buying a caravan, i recommend them....”

“In spite of having 4 caravans to handover after ours at 1200 the handover of our Unicorn was thorough and a pleasant experience. We arrived with our old van to part ex and sadly discovered that it had significant damp problems, which tended to "dampen our spirits" somewhat, however Simon the salesman was very matter of fact about it and we soon renegotiated and came to a satisfactory agreement.”
