We were looking for our first touring caravan. Lady Bailey had a huge range of used caravans which quickly allowed us to find the size and layout we wanted. The service was friendly and informative. The handover was useful as everything was carefully explained and all of the features of the caravan pointed out and demonstrated. I would thoroughly recommend Lady Bailey to anyone if they want a friendly, helpful and welcoming experience.

Been looking at Lady Bailey Caravans online for months and eventually one came up that suited our needs and budget. We got a valuation over the phone initially and took up the offer to trade in our van for a second hand newer model. We took our van along and looked around our future purchase - all went well and picked up our new caravan the week after. There was no pushy sales and all the decisions were left to us. We were very happy with the sales team and the lady in the shop area too. We had a very useful handover of our new purchase and offered a two night stay over at a nearby campsite which we enjoyed very much. This gave us the chance to check everything was working to our satisfaction and we were not disappointed. We would highly recommend Lady Bailey Caravans.

The team at LBC are absolutely top notch. Les, Simon, Jerry and Dave are scrupulous in their attention to detail when it came to pre and after sales service. Nothing - even from a very difficult and demanding customer like me - was too much trouble (If it was they never showed it and they delivered). Corien, the no nonsense, Dutch workshop coordinator was so well organised. Very impressive. They even followed up a month after I drove the motorhome away to see all was OK. I recommend the say at Wareham to test your new van or motorhome too. It was invaluable. I had a small issue with the water system and they drive out to the site to sort it. Highly recommended. Oh and if you can get the boss, Chris to say anything - that's a bonus. He is a man of mystery but also clearly knows how to run a very effective team. If you want to great deal and excellent service it is well worth the journey to Lady Bailey Caravans.

We are delighted with our 2011 Sprite Sportstyle.The caravan looks brand new,inside and out. Lady Bailey gave us a fair trade in on our 2008 Avondale Dart. The hand over was superb,thank you Simon. We would recommend Lady Bailey and would definitely use them again.

Initially made an enquiry on line. Was contacted the next day by helpful staff. I was very happy with the price I was offered for my van in part exchange for a brand new van. Everything went through very smoothly and now I am the proud owner of a smart new caravan

Very pleased with overall service, reasonable price for caravan trade in, I think when buying a new caravan it should really come with a new battery as part of the deal, mine didn't which is a shame. Overall good service.

Thank you for making the whole process very easy and pleasant. The two days free on the Wareham site were a much appreciated part of the deal. Would definitely use Lady Bailey again, especially if the jokes were updated.

Generally very pleased with the purchase and handover of our new Bailey 400-2, the latter especially was clear and comprehensive. Only downside was having to wait 2 months for caravan rather than the 2 weeks promised at purchase time. We enjoyed our days at the Wareham Forest site even though there was a lot to learn. Thanks to you all for getting us started with caravans we have definitely got the bug and are planning touring France next year.

Got a great trade-in price on our motorhome. Simon was on the ball from my first conversation with him, professional with a friendly welcoming manner as were all the staff we met down there including the staff in the shop. Changeover day was excellent, with all the functions thoroughly and clearly explained. Two nights stay at Wareham forest was also excellent. We will be back when we decide to change vans next time ---- all the way from the sunny Lake District we were so impressed. A great deal, great service and we love our new caravan. You've got yourselves some loyal returning customers and the first chance of repeat business.

It's the second time we have used Lady Bailey & they have not let us down. We have travelled from Leicester on both occasions to purchase a Unicorn And the handover was Great with Les & all the staff. We will would use them again without hesitation.????

Having Read all the good comments from previous customers we expected perfect service, unfortunately this does nor appear to be the case. the problems with our Vigo which cost £21, 105, have still to be resolved two months after picking up the new Bailey. Poor workmanship at the factory seems to be the main issue, which needs to be mentioned to Bailey caravans. We travelled from Cumbria to Dorset to make our purchase, unfortunately this distance makes it difficult to get resolution, and means telephone calls and e-mails, which are no substitute for face to face Comms. I appreciate this is not what you want to hear, but it is as we see it from our viewpoint. Regards Dave & Sue Thomas P.S. I will be contacting Bailey Caravans directly to raise my concerns.

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with lady Bailey caravans - the salesman Simon was very relaxed - left us to it and put no pressure on us at all - made the purchase of our first caravan an enjoyable experience. When picking it up the walk through and guidance was brilliant - I referred to it as 'I need an idiots guide checklist' and got just that - it was all perfect - already enjoyed our first weekend away and a couple more booked in - my only negative was that we were led to believe it was to be valeted throughout however on closer inspection this didnt seem to be the case

Overall good service with purchasing new caravan - dates for collecting it were kept to etc - however since then slow service with ordering a replacement front window screen because original has a ladder type fault. I phoned within a couple of days of purchasing caravan so around July 10th - and was told a new screen would be ordered, would be in around 28days and would be notified - having not heard I phoned and the person wasn't there so after a holiday I phoned again Aug 26th and was told it hadn't been ordered -something about having my old caravan under my correctly spelt surname Palmer - the new one is under mis spelt name Parmer - said couldn't find any record of the new one obv under Palmer - altho I am puzzled why I wasn't phoned ref the problem or why it wasn't ordered at the beginning?

We found Lady Bailey Caravans wonderfully efficient, offering friendly and knowledgeable service. I made an enquiry through Lady Bailey’s website for a new Unicorn III Cartagena and to my pleasant surprise the next morning, received a phone call from their sales department. Following a 15 minute call, they not only were able to offer immediate delivery on a caravan that other dealerships were quoting a lead time of three months or more but also a full trade-in quote for our outgoing Adria. I have come away with the definite impression that they are confident enough in their Bailey dealership to fund a pipeline for regular delivery of caravans, whilst other dealers match orders with customers and wait around for them to come in. We were able to pay a modest refundable holding deposit over the telephone so that we had first refusal on the caravan and visited LB’s premises two days later to look over the van. The salesman was experienced and knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions and most usefully was a caravaner himself. We completed an order that day and agreed a schedule to take delivery. Thereafter, everything went exactly to plan without a hitch. Lady Bailey is a modern firm with traditional values of good service and we would definitely buy from them again.
