“From ordering my new Pegasus caravan to the handover all went smoothly without any hitches The caravan arrived much sooner than expected. Will take the caravan out to Wareham Forest for the first time next week, that should be the real test.”

“T he part exchange and buying process for our replacement caravan was professional, efficient and friendly. Our "new" caravan was beautifully prepared and presented. Despite a detailed description/instruction on the modern electronics in the "new" caravan a second visit for more training was necessary and solved our minor problems. We would highly recommend Lady Bailey Caravans.”

“A relaxed atmosphere was the key to our visits. The staff made us feel welcome and Les's jokes must be legendary although he did say new material was on the way. The handover by Nigel was comprehensive and easy to follow. All in all we were very pleased with the experience”

“Our salesman Les is a real joker and amused us while someone else fitted the number plate to the van. The handover was excellent, although I have 30 years experience with caravans he went through every detail thoroughly, and we did learn a thing or two. It is appreciated they kept the van in storage for three months as we did not require it until April. The van purchased was a Bailey Pursuit 400-2 and is a second van purchased for touring. We already have a larger van that is on a seasonal pitch.”

“The damp check was undertaken as soon as we were unhitched, Simon and a colleague entered the van and proceeded to climb over/move our personal belongings in their quest to find damp. They discovered an area under the fixed bed that Simon insisted was really bad damp (£1700 worth of workshop repairs). I argued that this was not damp and was in fact caused by my washing of the van and the water came through the seal on the under bed locker. Simon insisted that a large area of the floor required replacement and as such he was devaluing my trade in by £1000 . I reluctantly agreed to proceed with the deal and regret this decision .”

Dear Mr and Mrs Almond, To re-assure you, since receiving your feedback we have re-assessed your part exchange (now 2 weeks after your collection date), the caravan still has very high readings - more than we would expect in almost the entire fixed bed area. Simon's original appraisal was therefore correct and it was not simply washing the caravan that had caused these high readings. In disappointing situations like this we always offer you the option of a full deposit refund and put no pressure on you either way. I am sorry that your overall experience with us was not up to your expectations. Thank you for your valued feedback.

“It was a pleasure to Buy a caravan from Lady Bailey, nothing was to much trouble a few minor jobs we asked to be done was completed in a timely manner. Les is a good salesman and no pressure was put on us to buy, the people in the shop sorted out all the extras we needed, and Alan delivered it to Devon for us all,included in the price, what is not to like about Lady Baileys we could not fault it shall certainly look back again if we need a upgrade”
