“Picked up our brand new Bailey Ancona on Saturday and cannot speak highly enough of the lovely man who did the handover. We are new to caravaning and he was extremely patient and happy to pass on his wealth of experience. He went right though the van inside and out advising us of how things worked and giving us some top tips. I am sorry I don't know this lovely mans name but I am sure Lady Bailey know exactly who I'm speaking of and will pass our thanks.”

“Excellent help and service once again. Third time we have bought a new caravan from LadyBailey over the last ten years, even though we had to travel 300 miles to do it. The staff are all excellent from Les and Nigel dealing with sales through to Rita in the Accessory Shop. The caravan was all prepped properly - full marks to the workshop team - and we had a couple of most enjoyable days at Wareham Forest (superb site, also with a lovely, helpful team) before making an uneventful 300 mile journey back home. Full marks to the whole team. Good value, excellent help, first class handover, and the added benefit of a stay at Wareham Forest. 600 miles return journey may sound excessive when there are more local dealers, but it was absolutely worth it. “My Wife & I visited Lady Bailey Caravans to checkout the 2016 pegasus models - all the ones we were interested in were on display. Members of staff were all helpful & friendly. On the day of pickup, Les was his usual helpful friendly self in spite of suffering a cold & sore throat. Later the accessory shop made huge efforts to progress a delivery of a towing cover that had been delayed & offered a discount on an alternative that was in stock. The new bailey Modena was prepared to a good standard & hand over was accompanied by a detailed run through. Many thanks Lady Bailey!”

“Hi.we bought a 2013 unicorn saville from lady bailey caravans.on pick up the van was presented to us in immaculate condition. Nigle the guy who did the hand over was amazing explaining everything in detail. We were put on a site for 2 nights to get accustomed to the van. We did have a problem with the van but after a conversation with Chris one of the directors this was sorted in a quick and efficient Manor. The van was collected from the site the problem corrected and van returned to site by Nigle. Who set up the van and explained what had been done. Cannot speak highly enough of the team at lady bailey. Thank you for an amazing van and service. Roy and Jilly”

“A big thanks to Nigel and Les for an easy exchange of caravans!!! We absolutely love our new Cordoba, of which we had a very thorough briefing from Nigel, we left feeling very confident with our new purchase! Les had us in fits of laughter and made everything feel very relaxed, we would highly recommend Lady Bailey, and will hopefully return in a few years. PS. our stay at Wareham Forest was excellent also!!!”

“At all times we found members of staff helpful and accommodating especially as I needed some specific alterations in order to take the caravan permanently to France The handover was excellent. All aspects were covered thoroughly in a clear manner without us feeling rushed. We really appreciated the 2 nights at Wareham Forest Touring Park to familiarize ourselves with the caravan. “Very helpful approach and very flexible regards arrangements to view, purchase, collect our new Bailey Unicorn Madrid. We did a part-exchange and considered it to be a fair price and a lot easier than selling ourselves. The handover was very thorough and we felt confident in driving away that we had all we needed. Unfortunately, due to family illness, we were unable to take advantage of the 2 free nights at a site nearby, but they have been very understanding in letting us defer this to a future date.”

“We found the sales team very friendly and not pushy, unlike some car dealers! As for Nigel, his handover explanations and patience was magnificent. The caravan was clean, tidy and exactly as ordered. The two nights at Wareham Forest were most enjoyable and revealed no shortcomings or issues with the van. We have now booked our next adventures and are looking forward to many happy times in the caravan. Would I buy from them again.....most definitely! Would I recommend them.....absolutely YES.”

“From the moment we entered the caravan on the Lady Bailey forecourt we loved it. We met Les there and asked about part exchanging our caravan for it. He invited into his office with a nice cup of tea to discuss a deal. Les was very professional, friendly and considerate to us, not putting under any pressure and answering all our questions. We asked for various extras to be included if we went ahead, like transfer of our motor mover onto the new van. could we have a drawer unit added, in no time at all everything was sorted out to our satisfaction. we where at Wareham C.C. site on holiday. A visit to inspect our van there was immediately organised and duly carried out. an exchange date fixed to suit us. lady Bailey booked us in to a local park so that we could stay a while nearby in the van and test things out. on the exchange day all went like clockwork. The Team all worked together to make it happen, and we where given a thorough demonstration of all aspects of the van. a very pleasant first class service. Thanks a lot”

“Sales person Simon was very helpful and the whole process of are old van and changing to the new van went very smoothly ,I think it was Allen who showed us around our new Barcelona and he could not have been more helpful very pleasant and obliging ,overall excellent and would not hesitate to recommend lady Bailey to others ( would have been nice to have been given hitch cover would have thought it would have been good for advertising lady Bailey with the name on it like other dealers ie Highbridge do”
