“The ladder arrived very quickly, so full marks for that. Now the negative side. The ladder came with a significant dent on one of the runs. I can still use it, But I’m not exactly happy.”

“The teams are great, customer service is great. The products are good products, just delivery is intermittent and can come from 3 different locations. Some of the products turn up damaged and it can be difficult getting parts replaced. If the delivery system was better organised then i would have score much higher”

Unfortunately there are only one or two carriers that will take a lot of the items we sell and unfortunately, damages do happen from time to time. “Ordered a ladder using the guarantee fit form but the ladder was too short. Having tradesmen there the day the ladder was delivered, they made it fit after sawing away part of the loft. Cannot fault the ladder itself, it's great but should not have shown up as an option when I entered my measurements.”

“After trying to explain 3 times to the person dealing with my enquiry as well as send a detailed diagram of what I required, the sales person still could not understand what I wanted. After I placed the order it took a call from the manufacturer to understand what I wanted. Bit frustrating to say the least.”

Many apologies for any inconvenience with this. I can see from the notes on the order that unfortunately we were let down by a stock order being delayed on these particular items which is why we, unfortunately, had to cancel and refund the order due to not being able to fulfil it in the timeframe needed. “Needed a very tall step ladder to complete some high level painting. Fantastic quality step ladder was supplied and delivered within a few days. Couldn’t believe how sturdy and easy the ladder was to use and would highly recommend the Ladderstore for any purchase.”
