“My loft ladder had been installed for a number of years now and I started experiencing problems with the loft hatch key sticking. Not only did Ladderstore have the key, they also had the whole assembly for that specific hatch door. A prompt service and all now working as new, thank, much appreciated.”

Spare parts can sometimes be hard to come by and it can be frustrating when you have to replace a full unit for the sake of a small component. “The Telescopic Ladder which I purchased is great, a bit stiff, maybe because it is new, otherwise it works well, assembly was quite easy although I had to fit an extra piece of wood in my loft, not a major problem. The only criticism I have is your Website calculator, when I entered my parameter to your calculator it returned a no product available. Having seen the one fitted in my daughter's house and taken the measurements I knew it would fit, maybe your calculator requires an update!! Regards Peter”

“The product I ordered wasn't in stock even though it stated it was online, an offer of an "upgrade" of a ladder was emailed to me saying it will be sent, but although it was more expensive, wasn't better quality by any stretch. Didn't have time as we were working essential works during COVID lockdowns, but overall wasn't happy with the online service, and the product in place really wasn't what I wanted. The other issue was I was promised someone would get back to me by certain days, but no one did, so I was left with continuous chasing, missed delivery dates and a poorer quality product.”

“Ladderstore Limited were cheaper than most of other places and I still got a first class service. We love our Skylark electric loft ladder, as does everyone else who sees it and we were very impressed with it’s quality. I would definitely recommend this company, they’re very helpful.”

“Hi ladders were good price compared to others delivery was quick But that's where the good ends ladders seem like there seconds really stiff top step and loose handles the blue tray was snapped in half when I got them , message you for replacement twice then got reply saying one will be sent ASAP But I'm STILL WAITING 😡”

“all good but they do not know how to send out a vat invoice without being asked, very poor”
