“Ladderstore don't make the product to ordered and I had to go via the manufacturers of the product for specifications. Unfortunately one of the specs missing was weight and the bladder does not move the freely on the small adjustable track for moving the ladder in and out. Has taken the mounting off the wall and I am still waiting for Tandisolutiins to review the problem.”

You are correct in what you say that we are not a manufacturing company, however we do know these products very well and have been supplying them for a number of years and any specs needed we are able to supply.
