“3 times you kept promising me that the ladders i order would be delivered,you even blamed the courier as an excuse.got sick of waiting so i cancelled the order,went somewhere else.”

“Good range of products at very good prices. Customer service was second to none; my choice was originally out of stock and I was contacted immediately to tell me so. When I elected to wait until my choice was actually in stock I was contacted weekly which reassured me that I hadn't been forgotten. If only all companies worked like this. Delivery took place immediately goods came into stock.”

“I ordered a fibreglass step ladder from them. When it arrived, it was only contained in the manufacturers packaging (thin polythene) and as a result was slightly damaged, not enough to warrant sending it back (as I needed to use it) but enough to be annoying. I don't think it is fair to blame the courier. It's the fault of Ladderstore for not bothering to pack it properly. To send it via courier wrapped in nothing more than its manufacturer's polythene wrapper is just lazy and asking for trouble. Apart from that their prices were good and free delivery.”

Unfortunately as these particular ladders are dispatched directly from the manufacturer we have little control over the packaging used and do try to use ample packaging where we can.
