“They claim to have a refund policey that they dont follow i was charged delivery and restocking fees for a ladder that was wrongly sent and recieved , order else where as they are only middle men with no customer care !! Avoid!!”

I'm very sorry you are unhappy with the returns process on these ladders. Our returns policy does state that if an item is ordered in error, we are happy to take it back for up to 30 days. Unfortunately unless an item is damaged or faulty we are unable to carry the cost of returning it to our warehouse. “The insulated access hatch I purchased wasn't as good as I'd hoped. It was poorly made and flimsy. The draught seal wasn't a tight fit and the fiber glass insulation in the door was held in with a foil that wasn't properly secured allowing the fiber glass to come out. Generally disappointing.”
