The Warehouse steps purchased have a lead time of 3-4 weeks as they are made to order. “Ordered a ladder handrail on Friday around 12:00 pm with a request of next day delivery. It has been arranged within 10 minutes via chat and followed up with a phone call from Meg. Payment taken, delivery scheduled but no tracking details. Contacted Ladderstore on Saturday afternoon and they have "entered their system" and informed me that the package has been left with neighbour. Good on you ladderstore as we would never know where the parcel is (courier did not leave a note). Job done - installed - thank you!”
