“We purchased a rolling ladder system from the ladder store for a new kitchen build in Glasgow. With 12 foot ceilings, we could afford to add high cabinetry but with a 5'3" wife we needed to think ahead. We looked at several places and considered the do it yourself route before opting for the ladder stores solution. I had several calls with the very helpful people there (thanks Jacky!) to verify all the details and get the costs fully sorted out before finally placing my order with them. The process, including the building of a bespoke ladder, was quick and simple and not unduly slowed by covid. The ladder arrived in plenty of time, beautifully packed and ready for fitting and was much admired by the kitchen fitters as a 'real piece of furniture'. Mounting was pretty straightforward although you do need to get a lot of screws! It took about an hour or so to get the railings up per the supplied instructions. Once mounted the ladder slides nicely on the rail and adds interest and function to the new kitchen. I would be happy to recommend the ladder store to anyone looking for a high-quality solution to tall kitchen and a tiny wife.”

“I ordered the 'Atlas Platform Stepladder/LIGHT - 3 Tread' in September 2020. Communication with Ladderstore was fantastic from start to finish. They went over and above helping me decide upon the most appropriate ladder for my 77 year old mum who has arthritis and is recovering from a broken wrist. The light but sturdy Werner Atlas 3 tread model is made of aluminium and only weighs 2.8kg - absolutely perfect. Payment was a breeze and arrived within 27 hours of order and in A1 100% perfect condition. Thank You Ladderstore! “Originally ordered a set of Weiner step ladders online during the beginning of COVID 19 lockdown. Informed that the Company producing them had temporarily closed. I was immediately issued with a refund. Once lockdown restrictions eased I contacted Ladderstore who said they could now obtain them for me so I re-ordered. Very fast delivery and at a good price. Highly recommended.”
