“I ordered a set of ladders from this company and paid the 'next day' delivery fee. I was still waiting a week later for the ladders. I had to contact them to glean any information about the delay. Moreover, I'm still awaiting a refund for the 'next day delivery fee', having been told this would be refunded. I would not recommend this company because of their poor customer service!”

“I bought a Zarges 3 Part Industrial Skymaster Ladder - 3 x 10 rungs ladder. I can say that this looks quite solid and good looking, even though on the heavier side to manage. The first one that was delivered had a transit damage and they promptly replaced it with another new ladder. Overall happy with the experience.”

“I purchased a pair of locking ladder brackets, delivery was prompt. They are robust and well made with a good paint finish. The only gripe I had, was the packaging which was poor allowing the brackets to touch each other and chipping the paint which inevitably leads to rusting.”

“I could not identify the make of the ladder , which the parts were needed for on the internet . There was a mixture of letters and numbers on it but no clear details .When I found the Ladderstore and went on to their site I was able to , using their parts description and details to identify the make and part title . The process of placing the order was straightforward . The price was reasonable and the parts were sent very promptly . The parts were correct , of good quality and fitted . Very good service.”

“Ladderstore price matched for me, and the hatch/ladder kit i got is of decent quality, so completely happy. Had some dramas with the courier, but that's not uncommon. Ladderstore were good and got it all sorted.”

“Ordered a pair of ladder brackets to secure my triple ex to the wall. Sturdy and well painted with a couple of fixing holes per bracket. Find these a very tight fit for a triple extension though and need to wrestle the ladders on each time. Could do with them being just a bit bigger for triples but would be ideal for a double extension ladder”
