“Ordering was easy but tracking was non-existent so delivery arrived without notice. I think this should have been provided by another company. Ladders were perfect. Easy to assemble and as described.”

“The parts were fine but I only needed the plastic spacers that go between the handrail to the ladder. The spacers had gone brittle and had broken up over the 12 years they had been in place, so buying a complete kit was unnecessary.”

“No problem delivering to Northern Ireland which was good and it was prompt enough too, only slight issue was the lack of communication regarding order confirmation, delivery details, I had to make contact to find out what was going on. Apart from that is was good.”

“The product was exactly as advertised. Spare part for a Youngman loft ladder, it replaced the broken part perfectly, restoring full function. Some issues with delivery but I think this was due to the courier.”

I can see that you ordered the Ladder Section Hinge for the Midmade LEX / LUX loft ladders, I am sorry to hear you felt they were expensive. Unfortunately, since Midmade closed their UK branch a few years ago we have to import these spares from Sweden, which is why they are a lot more expensive than UK-made loft ladder spares, thank you for your feedback I will also pass this on to management.
