“The process of purchasing the item was fine but the delivery company delayed the delivery by over a week. Lots of messages telling me it was getting delivered and need a signature so my wife waited at home but they never came. Lots of apologies calls from Ladderstore but just a frustrating process”

“Website is inaccurate in 2 respects. 1. The products listed as in stock are not and this then results in longer than anticipated delivery times. There was no contact from Ladderstore to explain this until I contacted to ask where ladder was. 2. The website advertised features which were not actually on the ladder and therefore product received was not as anticipated. Following contact with Ladderstore this was explained as only available on an upgraded model. Despite this the website still shows the feature available on the purchased model and no where was an upgraded model mentioned or offered.”

We apologise for the delay caused by incorrect stock information on our website and the lack of communication during your order process. On this occassion we were not notified of the delay from our suppliers to pass on this information, however this isn't something that should affect your experience with us and we hold our hands up for the lack of communication. We’re also sorry for the confusion regarding the ladder’s features. The inaccurate product description has been noted, and we have updated our website to ensure this doesn't happen again in the future.

“We recently purchased a 2 section cat ladder from the ladderstore. The process was completely seamless. From contact with the staff to delivery straight to the door. The product was absolutely perfect and of the highest quality. We are a growing Roofing business and we will definitely be using th Ladderstore every time from now on. “Still waiting for delivery 6 weeks after placing order”

Hi Keith, Thank you for your feedback. We're really sorry to hear that you have had a delay in receiving your order, I can see the order was placed and on the 09/01 we advised it was unfortunately out of stock until week commencing 20/01. Looking at the order I can see there were a further delay due to stock being delayed into the warehouse and the package was then dispatched on 31/01. I have checked the tracking and I can see this was attempted on 03/02, 08/02 & 10/02 but the delivery were unsuccessful. I can see we have since been in contact with regards to reorganising the delivery through the couriers. We understand how disappointing this must be, and we sincerely apologise for the delay and any inconvenience this may have caused you. Your experience is important to us, and we’re committed to improving our service. Thank you for your patience during this time.

“We ordered the AL02 for our house and I fitted it on Saturday there, the design is great and ease of use as well as the hand rail for added safety. All in all a great experience and product, the ordering and delivery were great too, would highly recommend.”
