“Great service and very quick delivery. Unfortunately the first ladder arrived damaged and with one phone call a replacement was received within days. Very pleased with service and after sales we received and would recommend Ladderstore to anyone. Megan went above and beyond to be helpful with follow up contact to make sure everything was ok. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Great service and quick delivery. Even though I was mistakenly sent a ladder stand-off from a faulty batch, Ladder store immediately offered a refund or replacement. The replacement arrived the next day! Thank you.”

“Lost my builders aluminum ladder and had to replace it browsed the Web and came across Lyte the price was right and the quality was beyond my expectations the way it opened and compact will be purchasing a three tread”

“Service and delivery time was excellent. Only negative was that the courier left the ladder at the next door neighbours without leaving a Card in our letterbox. Luckily we have honest neighbours and they delivered it, but could have been a different result .”

“Not too much communication in terms of emails updating on delivery or anything like that. But saying that the item did arrive within the time scale stated. No instructions with the item. Overall did the job & happy with end result.”
