Good Morning, Apologies that this item was received damaged. We are always able to get things replaced if they have been damaged in transit if you let us know at the point of delivery or within 24 hours of receipt. Unfortunately, on this occasion, we were not notified. Kind Regards Ladderstore

“it was to replace an old style loft ladder and it did that perfectly......we also had gas guys in to install a new boiler in the loft and to them this ladder was a joy to use. so yep thanks guys gals awesome kit for the price”

“Very helpful in helping me choose the correct length ladder for my purposes. Other retailers had suggested a shorter one which wouldn’t have reached! The ladder arrived when they said it would and was well packed and undamaged.”

“Didn't install the loft ladder myself but our friendly builder did the job for me. He seemed very happy and the product arrived on time and in order. It is a very substantial product and for that reason is heavy and not the easiest to retract, though I suspect there may be a mechanism to assist in the process. Also, I understand you recommend lubricating the sliding parts to ease in movement. This is understandable but makes the operation messy using the usual petroleum oil based or similar product. Is there a less messy alternative, for example, would you recommend the one illustrated @ £6.77? Your advice would be appreciated.”

“Terrible service was made to wait outside for 30 minutes , and then told it was at our warehouse . Drove across Bolton oney to find it was at an over night courier company . I then had to wait a further 20 mins for them to find it !! Rang up to complain and they offered me 10% off my next order ........................... I would not use this company again , very disappointing service .”
