“Their price was as competitive as any other website, however what made them stand out was a free delivery to the Inverness area. Some other sites were charging up to £25.00 to deliver here. There was a delay in getting here, but that was unimportant. They made only one mistake. They somehow tried to deliver three ladders when only one was ordered! I would recommend them.”

“Staff were unhelpful with a return to exchange the ladder (branded) which was very heavy in weight for another ladder of low weight but expensive (light weight). Indeed, it was just a mere collection of the packed ladder and providing another. The un-helpfulness approach forced me to bear courier charges. I was frustrated as no response came although they said they would help me quickly with my request. Would not ever buy from them.”

Many apologies that you were not satisfied with the service in exchanging your ladder. Unfortunately the carriers can not offer a collection and a delivery at the same time as these are different services and have to be booked separately. We do put all the specifications for the products online and do ask that people double check the size/weight of the item before ordering to avoid any costs for return. Ladderstore

“Ordered ladder with next day delivery, which did not come. Waited another day in case. Did not come. Contacted company to find it had been held back a few weeks but I had not been told. Had to ask for my money back for the next day delivery. Ladder arrived and is as advertised.”

“I am afraid to say that the ladder was twisted - out by about 10 or 15 degrees - suspect either damage in transit or unseasoned timber being used.- probably the latter according to my carpenter who carried out all that could be done by cutting a piece off the foot on one side to try to correct the imbalance.”
