“Hassle free transaction all very quick and business like. Have had no need to contact outside of this so cant comment on that. THe packaing it came in was - if anything - maybe over the top! - as it is not a fragle thing - but better safe etc etc Happy Customer!”

“I bought a new lock assembly for a MidMade Lux loft ladder, which fitted my loft ladder perfectly. We drilled out the old rivets and installed new rivets to hold the lock assembly in place and the new lock assembly works perfectly. Delighted.”

“Good price so I was pleasantly surprised when my library ladder arrived and it is very sturdy and very well made. What was really good though was just how helpful the customer service team were in firstly delaying delivery at my request and then chasing up when delivery slipped slightly due to the awful weather. Very prompt reply and always helpful and friendly, good old fashioned customer service that is rarely experienced these days, well done Ladderstore team”
