“Easy website with plenty of accurate info, then I still had a couple of queries that were fully answered over the phone by a knowledgeable lady. Ordering & delivery then happened just fine (we're out in the sticks in SW Scotland).”

“Ladder was good quality but the first delivery had to be rejected- dent in one tread (damaged in transit?) Customer Service speedy and helpful. Would have appreciated tracked delivery though.”

Hi Christopher, Thank you for your review. I'm pleased you are happy with the item you received. Unfortunately due to size and weight restrictions on certain items, we do send them via courier who require a signature. However we do keep a lot of the lower value items in stock at our Bolton office and they can be collected at your convenience. “Some garden maintenance people had been rough with my Zarges Skymaster ladder and had damaged it. I needed some parts which Ladderstore were very helpful in identifying and supplying. I have yet to reassemble the slides with the new parts and I am confident that if I have any problems I can call on Ladderstore who will always be helpful.”
