“Hi I thought I ordered two sets of different hinges so I would have a choice if which to use but ye sent me 1 of each type only. Can ye please send me the matching hinges please. Thanks”

“This was the first time I’d used Ladderstore. I initially placed an order online for an extendable ladder, which unfortunately became out of stock. They chased around and found an better alternative, more expensive, but agreed to sell it at the lower price of the previous one with stock issues. They were very helpful, pleasant and efficient. A good company, who I would recommend.”
