“Product instructions and certications were provided prior to purchase on request. Product was delivered on time. Delivered product matched description. Pricing of product and delivery seemed in line with comparable products although since these others were not purchased, cannot be entirely certain. Product functions as advertised and has the feel of a well designed, wel manufactured product but it has only been in use for a month so no realable comment can be made on longevity or durablity.”

“Found a work platform for a very good price. Ordered it, but then noticed it had quite a long lead time of 2 weeks, which was disappointing. However the item turned up after a week so was happy with that. Item ordered was great quality and about 10% cheaper than next cheapest supplier and 20% cheaper than most. I would use again, but advise potential purchasers to check lead times carefully if they are in a hurry for the product.”

“Great service and very quick delivery. Unfortunately the first ladder arrived damaged and with one phone call a replacement was received within days. Very pleased with service and after sales we received and would recommend Ladderstore to anyone. “Lost my builders aluminum ladder and had to replace it browsed the Web and came across Lyte the price was right and the quality was beyond my expectations the way it opened and compact will be purchasing a three tread”
