“Only quibble is that it took many weeks to come but perhaps the pandemic had something to do with that. Pretty good delivery service and an excellent high step ladder. Very stable, gives a lot of confidence but not too heavy to lug around. Recommended”

“Excellent service and extremely friendly staff Only down side is your curriers sometimes damaged goods in transit”

“As my ceiling is very high the pole was way too short this should have been double the length as I also bought an extension ladder kit for this reason until I purchased a a longer pole I had to use ladders to reach the hook to pull down the ladders other than that they do as purchased for thanks Denise.”

“Initially had problems with delivery/damaged due to poor packaging especially on corners. However, girls at the office sorted me out and got another delivery quickly. They were excellent.Product good.direction notes poor.”

“The Telescopic Ladder which I purchased is great, a bit stiff, maybe because it is new, otherwise it works well, assembly was quite easy although I had to fit an extra piece of wood in my loft, not a major problem. The only criticism I have is your Website calculator, when I entered my parameter to your calculator it returned a no product available. Having seen the one fitted in my daughter's house and taken the measurements I knew it would fit, maybe your calculator requires an update!! Regards Peter”

“Great delivery and service, however the folding youngman ladders aren't the same quality as the ones I purchased some years ago. Its the mechanism that isn't very good. Regards Paul www.forbesconstruction.co.uk”
