“I ordered a replacement loft hatch latch, the last one lasted 37 years. Excellent quality , easy to fit & worth the investment of £48. Well packaged & quick delivery, so many thanks.”

“Still waiting for a response in relation to returning a set of ladders a week after I requested a return. I suspect this is more to do with the courier than ladderstore however I hope they aren't trying to delay the return past the 30 day window.”

We were waiting for information regarding the collection from the suppliers and their couriers. However I can see my colleague has been in touch last week with regards to the collection. Despite the delay, the collection and return was reported before the 30 day window so this would not be affected. This will be uplifted this week and once returned the refund will be processed. “I ordered the ladder online at the weekend and it was delivered early on the following Tuesday. I had been informed that it would be delivered on the Tuesday so it was expected. There was no extra charge added for delivery and the ladder was exactly as described on the website. The delivery guy put the ladder safely at the side of our house behind our gates for me to sort out later. Superb service, I can't suggest how it could have been improved.”
