We are sorry you are disappointed. We offer free samples for potential customers to check the quality of our products and compatibility with their requirements. As a small company were unable to meet your request for 15 different samples. We tried to contact you to better assess your requirements; allowing us to send out samples relevant to you. Thanks for the good review. Sorry you're disappointed with our delivery costs. We do try to keep our delivery costs to a minimum and we will only work with carriers that we know will be able to deliver on time.

Thanks again for your good review back in September. I thought you'd like to know that we have just finished a review our our delivery costs. We have reduced delivery across the board. Hopefully this will help to address the only 'bad point' of your experience with us.

“Very quick delivery, ordered at about 3pm and was delivered at 8am the next morning! Good quality labels, nice and sticky (not the type you put on a package and they peel off again) but paper does feel a little too thin. Overall though, a great experience, and we will be shopping with you again!”
