AVOID this company. I bought a log cabin in August, took 5 weeks to receive it. Parts missing. Tried for 6 weeks to get them delivered with no luck. They just lie to you in the hope you will give up. Eventually we agreed that I would get the parts made in a nearby sawmill, which I did. However when it came to paying me back THEY REFUSED! They’re despicable. Shame on you. They never call you. I must’ve spent 30 hours on the phone and sent 50 emails. If you have the misfortune of having bought something, the Customer Support Manager is Carlo Datu (public information). He won’t speak to you but will hide behind his poor support team. Don’t waste your life. Can’t wait to see the counter comment from them.

**DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY** **DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY** Please take my advice and avoid this company at all costs. They also trade under the names of **GARDEN BUILDINGS DIRECT** and **BILLYOH**. Really long story short, I bought garden furniture from them in April through the B&Q website. They are listed as a "trusted seller". It arrived damaged and since then they have failed to send me a replacement or uplift it for a refund. I have been told on NUMEROUS occasions that a courier had been arranged for a certain date and I have waited home. Probably about 8 times now over the past few months. They have never arranged this or randomly send a courier to my door without telling me. Unfortunately on each of these occasions I have been out the house. I am over £500 out of pocket and this company just do not care. Customer service is appalling. I have spoken to the company via email and on the phone and have got nowhere. I can't stress to you enough **DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY**

I ordered a shed , told 1 to 4 weeks delivery , heard nothing eventually got through & told some parts not ready (twice this happened) asked for a refund after waiting 8 weeks told me it would take up to 2 weeks for money to be credited back to my account , why?. 2 weeks but no credit , wish i read the reviews before i ordered , please do not order anything , beware they trade under different names. Managed to get through , asked why my refund had not happened , Hannah who put it through put the amount to be refunded as £00.00 when it should have been £929.70 asked to speak to Hannah , surprise surprise she left a week ago & they are going to put my request through to management again & i've got to wait 2 weeks again , if it doesn't happen this time i'm contacting my credit card company to deal with it!

Dreadful all round. Shet was poorly made. Packing was terrible. Wasn't fully delivered. Customer service.rude when you eventually get to talk to them.

After a regrettable experience with Kybotech Ltd, I feel compelled to share my story to help others make informed decisions. I purchased a BillyOh Super Saver Overlap Apex Shed via B&Q, but the ordeal that followed was nothing short of a customer service nightmare. Key Points of My Experience: Initial Order and Problems: Placed on February 18th, the shed arrived with missing and incorrect parts, making assembly impossible. Customer Service Response: Despite numerous communications, Kybotech’s response was sluggish and largely unhelpful. The replacement parts were also incorrect, further compounding the issue. Refund Process: After much hassle and repeated requests, the shed was finally collected on April 17th, and a refund was issued. However, the process was fraught with delays and poor communication. Compensation Request Denied: Given the significant inconvenience and time wasted, I sought reasonable compensation. Kybotech denied this request, citing their terms and conditions, disregarding the extent of the disruption caused to my life. The lack of accountability and customer empathy shown by Kybotech has been disheartening. Not only did they fail to resolve the issue efficiently, but they also showed little regard for the impact of their service failures. Final Thoughts: I would urge potential customers to think twice before dealing with Kybotech. The stress, time wasted, and overall poor handling of my situation reflect a company that falls short of basic customer service expectations. I will be taking further actions, including contacting B&Q’s CEO and sharing my experience across all available platforms to ensure that my story is heard and hopefully prevents future customers from similar disappointments. Buyer beware – your time and patience might be tested beyond reason with Kybotech.

where do i start ? The finish on the side of the panels was appalling some of them were about 5-8mm proud so had to trim them for an even fit (9 Panels). 4 panel rails short ( a week to redeliver) .Roof supports 12 inches short. Frame for inside of door not cut at the right angles and were too long. Customer service will not give you a definite answer " we will send you an e-mail when we have investigated". Not a company I would recommend or order from again

Brought a summer house and paid for wood treatment. Some wood not treated and parts missing. Company not interested in compensating a disabled pensioner who had to pay someone to treat wood. Disgusting customer service. If I could give no stars I would

Placed 2 orders with BillyOh, despite the orders being declined by them for some reason the money has still been taken from my credit card, they say it hasn't but refuse to give me anything in writing for my credit card to say the order was declined. Really rude woman at customer services who kept talking over me quite aggressively. Ongoing...avoid at all costs, you might not even get the order you pay for

Purchased a summer house early this year. Extremely poor quality. Knot holes in the wood, roughly saw timber, badly fitting doors due to inaccurate dimensions. Styrene window panels too thin, already cracking in light wind. Water penetrating through the junction between adjoining shiplap panels. Was obliged to use mastic to fill in the numerous nail holes. Not worth the price paid.

I ordered the Picton summer house and the quality is so bad I have asked for a full refund. Within 2 weeks the floor started cracking when walked on, the ceiling developed a large crack that lets water in and the windows don't fit and leave a 2cm gap. I have complained and asked for a refund which they will not entertain. I have now raised it with PayPal to be refunded via then under section 75. The building is poorly made, parts don't line up (some factory fitted parts just fall off) the windows are flimsy cheap plastic and wobble when it is windy. There is no security anyone wanting to steal from it could just push the flimsy plastic windows out. It leaks when it rains. There customer service is appalling they just send a generic email saying wood expands and contracts and to use silicone. In other words....do one!!! If they offered me this item now for half price I would not buy it it is not worth £400 let alone £865 Beware what seems like fake good reviews on here and look into some of the bad ones who all seem to have the same story. No doubt they will say they can't find my order to throw doubt on if this is a real review. Well it is #BS123465 ordered via Billy oh (same company). They also do not like negative feedback on their social media sites and quickly van anyone who is not telling them how great their product is! Dont buy from this company unless you want a flimsy poor quality leaking building for an expensive price. Although bonfire night is not too far away and that is about all their buildings are good for!!! If I could give 0 stars that would be to much!!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! Bought a Billyoh lollipop playhouse max from them on Friday after they confirmed they would be able to deliver 3 days later (as stated on their website in bold) Then received an email the day before delivery saying there was a delay in manufacturing and they would let me know when they would be able to deliver. Clearly they’d lied when they said it was in stock and could be delivered three days after they taken my money...£735.00!! When I rang to ask what was going on they either hung up or put me on continuous hold. Ignored all my emails. I initially asked for a new delivery estimation and then when heard nothing back requested a refund. Again no reply. In the end I contacted my bank (Lloyd’s) who were amazing and credited me the money themselves and agreed to get their legal team to get it back from them. I didn’t realise at the time I was ordering from this company. I ordered from a gardening supply company. I now realise Kybotech disguise themselves in the form of several companies. Probably due to their terrible reputation. Don’t be fooled by the happy/helpful sales staff. They are all a bunch of criminals.

Terrible item one gust of wind and the greenhouse just fell apart SENT *N PICTURES BUT WAS TOLD IT WAS AN ACT of God quality of product was awful have posted local pictures to show dont buy from these people rubbish goods and misselling products by how they are described on their website.

All who read the reviews on this site about Kybotech should take heed, all of the negative remarks are true. Poor quality product, customer service non existent, I wrote several times to Laura Hunt their help desk contact, also sent photo's of all the faults and defects of the 16' x 8' cabin purchased. That was over 3 months ago, still no reply or contact from them. Stay well clear of this rubbish company, I give this company a no star rating.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY- I have never ever felt the need to write any company a bad review however this company is the exception. We have spent over £1000 on a shed which when it arrived late is not fit to be erected, the sides don’t fit, the wood is warped and the quality is dreadful. Having provided photographic evidence of all the faults in great detail they refuse to accept that it is not fit for purpose and will only take it back if we pay over £115 to have it collected. We will be taking this further with trading standards and legal advise but I would not wish anyone else to go through this stress and expense.
