“Perfect soap bottles, very nice wormanship and excellent customer support. I ordered 3 bottles to be able to choose the perfect proportion and style. They sent me a new black plastic pump to be able to use the larger sized 300ml bottle that I ordered with a brushed nickel pump. Delighted!”

“Here is my feedback: Homepage: very appealing, attractive design, user-friendly, simple, and clear. Ordering process: fast, simple, and self-explanatory. Payment options: sufficient. Delivery: smooth, punctual. Packaging: secure and environmentally friendly. Products: very appealing, elegant, very good quality (so far). From this year's perspective, I cannot yet assess how long the products will last. Overall, the company is very personable.”

“The homepage said 25% for all dispensers but apparently the information was incorrect. Erica and her team where really grateful for the information but refused to give the discount that the website promised. Misleading information and poor customer service!!”

“Absolutely fantastic experience with Kuishi. We live in Australia and were looking for Amber bottles to showcase in our bathrooms. We came across Kuishi whilst searching for these and found just what we were looking for. Their website was clear, easy to navigate and showcased their beautiful products in an accurate light so we knew exactly what we were purchasing. Kuishi’s brand identity was exactly what we were looking for and helped to elevate our overall look for our open home. They look amazing and so beautiful. Plenty of comments too with regards to where they were purchased from. I have experienced only the BEST Customer service from all involved, most notably Erica. Our package arrived extremely quick considering that we live on the other side of the world. If you’re looking for a beautiful, on trend product, from a business that gives you the best service (and we truly mean this), then look no further. These guys are your number one go to . “Website was easy to use, and the communications and shipping speed were great and like that they use recycled and recyclable packaging. When order arrived there was a mistake with one of the items but that was quickly dealt with by the customer service team. Overall a positive experience”

“je suis très contente de cette commande. Les produits correspondent totalement à mes espoirs. ils sont magnifiques. Le délai de livraison était parfait. J'ai juste eu un soucis avec UPS, le livreur ne s'est pas présenté à mon domicile et a prétendu le contraire ( c'est récurrent avec UPS). Je vous l'ai d'ailleurs signalé par mail. Je ne me souviens pas des divers possibilités mais j'avais demandé la livraison à domicile à cause d'une situation particulière à la maison. la prochaine commande, ça sera un point relais”
