“Website was easy to use, and the communications and shipping speed were great and like that they use recycled and recyclable packaging. When order arrived there was a mistake with one of the items but that was quickly dealt with by the customer service team. Overall a positive experience”

“je suis très contente de cette commande. Les produits correspondent totalement à mes espoirs. ils sont magnifiques. Le délai de livraison était parfait. J'ai juste eu un soucis avec UPS, le livreur ne s'est pas présenté à mon domicile et a prétendu le contraire ( c'est récurrent avec UPS). Je vous l'ai d'ailleurs signalé par mail. Je ne me souviens pas des divers possibilités mais j'avais demandé la livraison à domicile à cause d'une situation particulière à la maison. la prochaine commande, ça sera un point relais”

“Qualität der Glas Flaschen gut. Damit ist der hohe Preis zu rechtfertigen. Die Plastikflasche wirkt nicht besser als beliebige sehr günstige andere Flaschen. Der Preis ist hier in meinen Augen nicht nachvollziehbar.”
