“i was a bit unsure with the quality when i ordered the triple soap dispenser but when it arrived all my concerns were answered. The packaging alone shouts quality and then seeing the product its just gets better. Great quality and can't wait fit them when my bathroom is finished.”

“Mixed experience. Shipping was quite slow: while the items from the French warehouse arrived in just a few days, those coming from the UK took 2 weeks. Even considering customs delays, this timeframe is hardly competitive by today's standards. Furthermore, one of the products has a defect in the glass screen printing—an extra tiny dot that is perfectly visible and quite annoying. I won't go through the hassle of a return just to avoid the long wait, but I'll be forced to see that flaw every time I use it. It's a shame; I honestly expected a more thorough quality control.”

I completely understand how frustrating it must have been to wait longer than expected for your UK shipment, and I truly apologise for the delay. I am even more sorry to learn about the defect in the glass screen printing. That is absolutely not the level of quality we aim to provide. “Le produit est d’une qualité magnifique, conforme à la description, et je suis satisfaite de mon achat. Cependant, il y a un problème avec la livraison du produit, qui est effectuée exclusivement par le transporteur UPS. Il suffit de lire les avis sur cette entreprise pour comprendre à quoi vous préparer. Vous devrez chercher votre colis vous-même ! KUISHI ne répond pas aux e-mails, malgré le fait que le vendeur est responsable de la bonne exécution de la commande jusqu’à la réception physique par le client.”
