J'ai donc du contacter le service client pour savoir si ma commande était passée, et je n'ai actuellement aucun suivi sur le statut / la date prévue d'arrivée.
Le site est beau et pratique. Il comporte quelques défauts mineur (les vidéos intagram en bas de page ne fonctionnent pas), mais c'est l'absence de suivi de commande qui me déplaît fortement.”
