“All I can say is this shop never let's me down !! Every time I've ordered I've got a fast response and a speedy delivery !! Kept in the loop every step of the way and always deliver when promised if not sooner . Good knowledge and advice from the team in the shop and always willing to help 👍🏻 Gutted there not closer so I could visit in person.”

“Very quick dispatch, my roller mat came with a missing part contacted customer service and within 24hrs they got in touch with manufacturer and confirmed a replacement part was coming the very next day! Can’t really improve that kind of customer service!”

“Great product and deliver was really fast. Had a problem setting it up but one phone call and they offered great support and solved my mistake really quickly. That's why I keep using Kraken. Advice to a novice is never a problem to them.”
