“Have just started my first reef tank, recently purchased the aquarium and pretty much all the equipment and accessories need to get it up and running, I didn't find any of the items I purchased cheaper elsewhere and I did look extensively. All the goods ordered arrived very quickly and in tact and well packaged. I had occasion to contact Kraken Corals by phone regarding a querie I had - they were most polite and helpful, I am still waiting for a couple of items I ordered but this is purely down to the Manufactureres / Suppliers getting their hands on the product themselves - this is no way the fault of Kraken and will happily use them again in the future if they have the items I require at the time I need them. Thank you very much for the help and excellent service I have received.”

“Originally sent me the wrong product when ordering Di Resin and then received a cheaper alternative to my original order, not offered refund on the price difference. Dispatched Alkatronic bundle with no reagent, no return phone calls when contacted, leaving me to always call them, one guy very argumentative when I called and they were busy, eventually sorted ......will not use again”
